Mold Inspection
8+ Years
Protecting Your Home & Indoor Air Quality
Mold Inspections You Can Trust
Our mold inspection services can be scheduled as a standalone service or added to a home inspection during a residential purchase. We use advanced equipment—including thermal imaging cameras, endoscopes, moisture meters, and professional air sampling pumps—to accurately assess conditions inside the home.
Below are the types of testing we offer:
Air Quality Testing
We will collect air samples throughout the interior of the house. These results are sent back from the lab, and we will help you determine if remediation may be needed.
Surface Testing
When visible microbial growth is present, we can test it to determine if and what type of mold is present.
VOC Testing
We can test for Volatile Organic Compounds to evaluate the indoor air quality further. This includes Formaldehyde, Nicotine, Solvents, and many other items that can off-gas.

Common Mold Inspection Questions
If you notice musty odors, visible growth, recent water damage, or unexplained health symptoms, a mold inspection can help determine the cause and whether remediation is needed.
We use thermal imaging cameras, moisture meters, endoscopes, and professional air sampling pumps to locate hidden moisture and evaluate indoor air quality.
Most mold inspections take 1–2 hours depending on the size of the home and how many samples are needed.
Air and surface sample results typically return from the lab within 24–48 hours, and we’ll review the findings with you in detail.
