About the Founder
Brad Meeks founded Meeks Property Inspections in 2017 after completing InterNACHI’s training program and obtaining his Florida state license. By 2021, he had performed more than 1,000 inspections and earned the designation of Certified Master Inspector. That same year, he also became a licensed Mold Assessor through the National Organization of Remediators and Microbial Inspectors (NORMI).
Brad remains an active member of InterNACHI, the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), the Florida Association of Building Inspectors, and NORMI. As a solo business owner, Brad is not part of a large company with multiple inspectors. When clients schedule an inspection, Brad personally completes the inspection, answers all questions, and remains available for any future calls or support.
